Since our humble beginnings in 1981 at Cardiff State Beach, and then a second spot right up Hwy 101 in Carlsbad, Las Olas has been the favorite go to for hungry beach goers because they know they can get a cold beer, or a great Margarita, those fresh warm chips & salsa, delicious made to order Mexican Food and be welcomed every visit.

We are happy to announce that we are open for limited dine-in service. Please know that we have been careful not to move too fast by design. We want to ensure the safety and welfare of both our customers and our employees and are doing so by carefully following the many state, city and county guidelines.

Our operation will be a bit different in that our Dine-in service will be ‘fast casual’ where you order at entry points.  This gives us an opportunity to regulate and monitor each customer entering, get your order and direct you to your table. The Take-Away and delivery service many of you have tried out over these past 6 weeks will continue in full force as well.
